At Estelle Colored Glass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-blown treasures. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your glassware in its original boutique box and protective foam to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
