How should I care for my Estelle Colored Glass pieces?
To preserve the brilliance and integrity of our hand-blown glass, we recommend hand washing only with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid the dishwasher and extreme temperature changes.
Is each piece identical in color and shape?
Because our glassware is hand-blown by artisans, slight variations in color intensity and subtle imperfections like tiny bubbles may occur. These are hallmarks of authentic, handmade craftsmanship.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging your order using custom-fit protective materials. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and we provide tracking information immediately upon dispatch.
Do you offer replacements for items damaged during transit?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging to receive a complimentary replacement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused glassware in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
